Over the years dental health and oral care have made a huge advancements. Over a century ago the average person had lost almost all their teeth by age 65. It was very common just a short time ago.

But today it is a much different story. Nearly 70% of all Americans use fluorinated water. Fluorinated water is healthy for human teeth because it builds strong bones.  The fluorinated water helps with dental care. This has helped advance the industry tremendously.

Being aware of dental hygiene and the proper care will help improve your overall health, this will keep you smiling for a long time.

The more you care for your teeth the healthier you will be. Your oral health is connected to the rest of your overall health. Many people don't consider their oral health habits as part of their healthy lifestyle. By practicing daily care is the best way to go in order to fight off disease and health issues.
